Nomad's Nest is located in a quiet neighbourhood, La Quinta.
La Quinta belongs to Santa Ursula in the north of Tenerife, near the city of Puerto de la Cruz. It is known for its beautiful natural surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere and its abundance of sunny days. While neighbouring areas like La Orotava Valley may be prone to cloudy weather, visitors can expect to bask in the warmth of the sun more often here.
Santa Ursula is also home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.
There is a bus stop just 10 minutes away from my apartment, and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the center of Puerto de la Cruz on the bus. Buses in Tenerife are very inexpensive, making them a convenient and budget-friendly option for getting around the island.
The contract is for a specific duration and the lessee must pay a monthly rent of 850 euros. The rent includes all community expenses and services such as water, electricity, and internet. The lessee must pay a deposit of 1,700 euros, equivalent to 2 months' rent.
