Nomad's Nest is located in a quiet neighbourhood, La Quinta.
La Quinta belongs to Santa Ursula in the north of Tenerife, near the city of Puerto de la Cruz. It is known for its beautiful natural surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere and its abundance of sunny days. While neighbouring areas like La Orotava Valley may be prone to cloudy weather, visitors can expect to bask in the warmth of the sun more often here.
Santa Ursula is also home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.
There is a bus stop just 10 minutes away from my apartment, and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the center of Puerto de la Cruz on the bus. Buses in Tenerife are very inexpensive, making them a convenient and budget-friendly option for getting around the island.

You can enjoy the flexibility of choosing a rental period that suits your needs at an affordable fixed price, whether you're staying for a few months or for up to a year. The following summary of the temporary rental contract outlines the agreement between the tenant and the property owner.
Financial Conditions
The contract is for a specific duration and the lessee must pay a monthly rent of 850 euros. The rent includes all community expenses and services such as water, electricity, and internet. The lessee must pay a deposit of 1,700 euros, equivalent to 2 months' rent.
Further cornerstones of the contract
This is a contract between a lessor and a lessee for a temporary dwelling for remote work purposes. The lessee accepts the property in good condition and must return it in the same state. The lessee cannot sublet, assign, or transfer the property without the lessor's consent and has no right of preferential acquisition. The lessee is responsible for minor repairs and cannot make any modifications to the property without the lessor's consent. The lessee must hand over the keys on the contract's termination date, with a penalty for each day of delay. The lessee is subject to the community of owners' rules of cohabitation and cannot have any animals in the dwelling.
Inventory list
The agreement outlines the process for creating an inventory list of the rental property before the tenant moves in. The tenant is responsible for replacing any missing items at the end of the rental period, and any necessary replacements will be deducted from the security deposit with the tenant's prior knowledge. The inventory list will be used as reference to check for any changes or shortages at the end of the rental period. The goal is for the tenant to return the property in the same condition as received, to avoid deductions from the security deposit.
